Chad’s first hour of flight training was a discovery flight he took as a Cub Scout over 30 years ago. That single flight sparked a lifelong passion for aviation. He joined the Air Force in 1998, and while his role wasn't in the cockpit, the experience kept his aviation dreams alive.
After a second discovery flight in 2021 reignited his passion, Chad became a founding member of Flight Club 307 and the proud owner of a Piper Cherokee 140. Now, having successfully passed his Private, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI checkrides, he is ready to share his deep passion for aviation with anyone eager to learn.

CFII
Charlie is a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) who began flight training in 2023 in Gillette, and quickly caught the flying bug. He later moved back to his home state of Kansas where he completed his training in 2026, before returning to Gillette.
He greatly enjoys teaching and training pilots pursuing private, instrument, and commercial goals.
